- Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is required to process returns for damaged, defective, or wrong products. This video helps us confirm the issue.

- Non-Returnable Items: Products that are used, altered, or without the original packaging are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

- Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and the unboxing video. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping: For approved exchanges or returns, we will arrange for the product to be shipped back to us. Please ensure the product is securely packed.
Refund Process
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for returned products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 3-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 1-day verification period over call or message is required before dispatch. This verification ensures the authenticity of the order, resulting in longer delivery times compared to prepaid orders.
- Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
